Poutine of Wedge Fries and Spicy Fried Chicken

Not quite a traditional poutine, but oh-so-tasty. With Simplot SeasonedCRISP® Krunchie Savory Battered Wedges, spicy fried chicken, cheese curds, brown gravy and cheese sauce—then topped off with a roasted corn and jalapeño blend in creamy ranch dressing.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare corn according to package instructions and stir in diced jalapeño. Cool. Combine with ranch dressing in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for service.
Step 2
Prepare potato wedges according to package instructions. Hold hot for service.
Step 3
For each serving; place 113g potato wedges in serving container. Ladle 60ml cheese sauce and 60ml gravy over fries. Top with 57g cheese curds, and 2 pieces of chicken sliced into bite-sized pieces. Top with 170g corn mixture.
