Kids-sized fish and chips! Crispy battered fish bites and chips, served with a simple salad.

Ingredients

  • 1.2kg frozen I&J Crispy Battered Flathead Fish Bites

  • 1kg frozen Edgell Shoestring Chips

  • 750g mixed lettuce leaves

  • 500g cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 200ml salad dressing of choice

Instructions:

Step 1

Cook I&J Fish Bites and Edgell Chips following packet directions.

Step 2

Toss salad ingredients together and dress. Serve with cooked fish and chips.
