              A healthier version for fish and chips on the menu.

              Ingredients
              • 20 frozen Topsail Flathead Fillets, thawed

              • Polenta, for coating

              • 1kg frozen Edgell Supa Crunch 7mm Shoestring Chips, cooked following packet directions

              • Garden salad and aioli, for serving

              Instructions:

              Step 1

              Lightly coat Topsail Flathead fillets in seasoned polenta and panfry until golden and cooked.

              Step 2

              Serve flathead with Edgell Chips, garden salad and aioli.
