Red Lentil Dhal

A mildly spiced dhal with bite sized vegetables.
Instructions:
1. Cook lentils until soft, drain and set aside.
2. Steam Edgell Bite-Sized Vegetables following packet directions. Set aside.
3. Sauté onion and garlic, add dry spices. Add lentils, cooked vegetables and lemon juice.
4. Simmer for 20 min adding more water if dhal becomes too dry. Serve with steamed rice and raita.
