Hot Chicken Tenders

It’s the perfect appetizer or shareable snack—tender pieces of chicken in a spicy, house-made sauce and served alongside Soccer Goalz™, with dipping sauce and a pickle.

Nashville Hot Seasoning:

Ingredient	Weight	Measure
Vegetable oil		1/4 cup
Cayenne		3 Tbsp.
Brown sugar		2 Tbsp.
Smoked paprika		1 Tbsp.
Garlic powder		1 Tbsp.
Onion powder		1 tsp.
White vinegar		2 Tbsp.
Honey, optional		1 Tbsp.
Salt and pepper		to taste

Tenders and Fries:

Chicken tenders	24 oz.
Simplot Traditional™ Potatoes: Soccer Goalz™	2 lbs.
Pickle spears		4 each
Ranch, prepared, portioned	4 fl. oz.

Preparation Instructions:

Step 1

To make the sauce, warm oil in a pan over low heat. Gently whisk in the cayenne, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar and honey. Add salt and pepper to taste. Gently heat the sauce 1-2 minutes to meld the flavors, whisking occasionally. Keep warm.

Step 2

Prepare chicken tenders according to package instructions and dip in prepared Nashville Hot Seasoning.

Step 3

Prepare Soccer Goalz™ according to package instructions.

Step 4

Place Soccer Goalz™ and tenders on a serving tray with pickles and 1 portioned ranch sauce in a to-go cup.
