Brisket Board with Cheesy Corn and Caramelized-Style Onions

Step 1

Thaw avocado according to package instructions.

Step 2

Prepare the Cilantro Lime Rice, see the recipe here.

Step 3

Prepare peppers and onions and caramelized-style onions according to package instructions. Keep separate and hold warm.

Step 4

Blend 2 cups of prepared peppers and onion with steak sauce in high powered blender and set aside.

Step 5

Prepare corn and jalapeño blend in a skillet according to stove top instructions. When corn is heated through, add cheese and stir until combined. Allow to cool slightly for service.

Step 6

To assemble boards, arrange ingredients artistically using ring mold to stack cilantro lime rice and hand-scooped avocado. Similarly place cheesy corn in ring mold on board. Continue assembling with remaining ingredients to create a build-your-own brisket sandwich experience and serve with a ramekin of sauce.
